Today's configuration (10am PST) shows the reply-to set to dev@. Looks
like it's either/or WRT sender; dev@ seems like the better choice
since we have to pick one or the other.

GMail renders them inline. Are you seeing them broken up into MIME
parts that are showing up as attachments? There doesn't seem to be a
config toggle WRT this exposed through the web UI.
