missing svn_wc_adm_access_t.set?

/arch/elego/svn/trunk/subversion/libsvn_wc/lock.c
documents in svn_wc_adm_access_t:

  /* SET_OWNER is TRUE if SET is allocated from this access baton */
  svn_boolean_t set_owner;

But there is no SET in svn_wc_adm_access_t.

Instead, there is a SET in svn_wc__adm_shared_t, and an svn_wc__adm_shared_t
in svn_wc_adm_access_t, called SHARED. Is the comment saying SHARED or
SHARED->SET, or what *is* it saying?
