In IRC, Arfrever just pointed out something:

Rock Sun, I wrote "cn", but I meant "zh_FOO" of course. Feel free to
name the new faq file accordingly. I've fixed COMMITTERS in r34198, to
say just "zh", since obviously you can write whatever kinds of Chinese
you feel competent to write :-).
