steps to reproduce [win64 vista, ntfs, svn collabnet client 1.5.x]:
mkdir ruby_mirror
touch ruby_mirror\hooks\pre-revprop-change.bat
svnsync init "file:///c:/ruby_mirror" http://svn.ruby-lang.org/repos/ruby/
svnsync sync "file:///c:/ruby_mirror"
[hangs at rev 11708 --- looks like it is following a cycle in a node graph]
not yet enough evidence to distinguish client issue vs. possibly corrupt
