I'm glad that I could help. Thanks for the quick response, and the
thorough examination of the problem. I never imagined that it could have
such a deep-laying cause.. It's a good feeling to know that the
Subversion developers are thorough, careful and responsive like this.

PS: Regarding the reproduction recipe, part of the credits go for Eric
Hanchrow, as I used his reproduction recipe (posted to issue 2064) as the
base for mine.
