[PATCH] add web link to another subversion client

It wasn't totally clear how best to add it to the page, because I can see
Cascade fitting into more than one category (desktop-integrated clients,
higher-level tools, and perhaps even repository browsing tools), so I tried
to do what I thought would make the most sense -- have a single link, and a
"See also".

Patch is attached as a separate "svn diff"-formatted .txt file relative to
trunk. Suggested log message is included in the attachment.
