I am/was just a little concerned someone would run off and take this a
way. I also recall one time I was deleting something in the repos
using a GUI, and I had my branches folder selected and did not know
it. So I deleted all of my branches. svn copy allowed me to recreate
it easily, but it would have sucked if all users had to use switch or
checkout again.
