Re: svn-1.5.1 binaries -- did someone forget to put them up?

I couldn't figure out whom to e-mail:

These binaries are labelled "Tigris.org: Apache 2.0 or Apache 2.2" on the
page that leads here:
http://subversion.tigris.org/getting.html#windows

So that says to me, you have to contact Tigris (who put the package out),
not the Subversion project (who put the source code out and take no
responsibility for the binaries) -- it says right there on the above page,
"The Subversion project does not [...] maintain any binary packages of the
Subversion software."

Furthermore it was not clear whether this was a "user" question or a
"development" question. To me it's a "website" question.
It says here
http://www.tigris.org/nonav/DomainFeedback
that website questions go to feedback_at_tigris.org. So that's how I wound
up mailing to you.

Mind you I'm not complaining, I'm just letting you know how I got to this
point, so you can change things so that people do what you want them to.
