I ultimately plan to do that, or ask Senthil to do it. I just wanted
to get this in front of some eyes to see if there were any comments on
revisions I should not include or might have missed.

This was an interesting real world scenario for SVN 1.5 and our
Eclipse merge client. It was actually pretty easy to find these
revisions, output that file I attached and run the merge. And for
whatever reason, it did not take forever to do the merge either. :)
