This one's a crash when using WC paths in the root of a drive. Lieven is
working on the windows_dirents branch for a proper fix. For a
back-portable short-term fix or improvement, I would expect it to be
easy to debug where it is failing and at least change it to fail
gracefully.

If anyone can reproduce this under a debugger and show me where it's
failing, I can take a look at the code and propose something.

I have just now converted your reproduction recipe to a Bash shell
script and reproduced this crash on my GNU/Linux system so I'll respond
in that thread.

This is the problem with the libraries failing to move the merged file
provided by the merge conflict resolution callback into the WC. I am
working in the area of merge conflicts, but am not working on a fix for
this.

Please could you raise an issue for this one.

This is about the broken progress indications provided to the progress
reporting callbacks.

Please could you raise an issue on this one.
