Re: [PATCH] javahl should call 'svn_dso_initialize2' prior to creating any pool.

This sounded logical to me by looking at the svn_dso_initalize2's doc
string and the crash I have seen in my eyes for not calling
'svn_dso_initialize2' at the start of javahl.

If anybody has any objections voice it, I have committed this in r32404
