[--enable-runtime-module-search] Segmentation fault when accessing BDB repositories

Steps to reproduce:
1. Configure Subversion with the --enable-runtime-module-search option.

2. Run:
svnadmin create --fs-type bdb repo
svn co file:///`pwd`/repo wc
