From what I can see, MonoDevelop is not Subversion-specific. It is "a
free GNOME IDE primarily designed for C# and other .NET languages." I
presume it has Subversion support -- the front page doesn't say -- but
Subversion support is not what it's about. (Airplanes serve meals, but
you don't book a flight just because you feel hungry.)
I'm not sure it makes sense for us to link to every IDE that has
Subversion support, since huge numbers of them do these days. Instead,
we should link to Subversion-specific clients that a user might not
otherwise have as part of their development environment. Just trying to
keep the purpose of the links.html page in focus here.
