% svn h diff | grep change
  -c [--change] ARG : the change made by revision ARG (like -r ARG-1:ARG)
% svn h merge | grep change
  -c [--change] ARG : the change made by revision ARG (like -r ARG-1:ARG)
% svn h log | grep change
  -c [--change] ARG : the change made by ARG

I think we can just un-special-case 'svn log' here.
