The actual problem here is all our providers are getting registered at the
beginning from libsvn_subr/cmdline.c, so when two providers try to set the same
name for the keyring we get this warning (came to know about this when I was
writing the patch for caching ssl client certificate passphrase in gnome keyring).

I am still investigating the code, why svnsync_tests.py triggered it.
