I wouldn't expect that patch to help -- it's for something else. I was
just saying that it includes some things that we'd need for this change
too. When I wrote "Olaf, got time to give it a try?", what I meant was
"Olaf, got time to write a patch for this, using the above-mentioned
patch as a reference?" :-)

Thank you for testing, though.
