What does this mean in practice?

I did upgrade to 1.5.x early during the openSuSE 11.0 beta cycle, in the
hope that 1.5.0 will be released soon and because the latest neon does not
work with 1.4.x (still not fixed in the branch).
Now, 11.0 will be released in 4 weeks and I do not want to ship an
subversion 1.5 package with an outdated/incomplete/broken bindings API.

Issue #3200 looks like the only worrysome open issue to me, as it does
most likely affect external packages.

How long will it take to finalize the 1.5 API for the bindings?

Maybe I need to go back to 1.4.x for our 11.0 release.
