I introduced disconnecting Subversion from the wallet without closing
this wallet (r31236). KWallet::Wallet::closeWallet(wallet_name,
true);' would close the wallet. On my system, after the first use of
KWallet by Subversion, when Subversion uses KWallet again, the window
with "Always Allow" etc. is shown.
Do you have D-Bus running?
