RE: [PATCH] RE: Commit strips common prefix instead of current directory (Issue #3168) (1/3)

        Hi All,

I split the previous patch in three parts

1. The documentation update
2. Move the path prefix cutting to the notify handler
3. Changes to commit.c that make clear how the path is cut by the
notification handler

Patch 1 and 3 contain no functional changes
