"Disable" and "create a Gordian mess of svn executables" are quite
different. Gnome keyring or Kwallet *require* a GUI session, I really
expect the implementation to notice that a remote SSH login isn't part
of one. Otherwise svn would behave just like a .. hm .. Windows with its
popups that originate in the driver layer, for example.

In other words, if we add this support, we'd better do it right. Hard
isn't an excuse for half-baked.
