Do we have an ETA for Mike's work to land in trunk, and then get
nominated for 1.5.x? If doing it by this afternoon (or evening) isn't
unreasonable, I'd still like to get RC 5 done in the next 24 hours.

There was an API changes made to svn_ra_open3() in r30838.

If people want to test the bindings as they are present in an RC without
us having to roll an RC, I would recommend looking at the nightlies:
