Running the testsuite is much easier than building svn itself (especially
with the --bin option added). However, do random people run the testsuite
on precompiled binaries they downloaded? I doubt that.

Daniel,
who's surprised by the amount of noise a 7-bytes change (to a 5-lined
file) generates.
