I am using those binaries with Apache 2.2. So unless something has
changed within the last couple of weeks they are not pointing towards
the wrong binaries.
Here's the version info from what I downloaded.

* ra_local : Module for accessing a repository on local disk.
- handles 'file' scheme
I have the 2.0 version installed on another computer. The build date is
the same but the build time is 16:33:06.
