You might get lucky and obliterate recently-committed stuff that no
one's updated to yet.

You might know there are a few scary working copies out there, but still
not want to draw more attention than necessary to the obliteration.

I'm not saying we shouldn't offer it as an option, just saying that
changing UUID should not be required. Whether it should be the default
or not, I don't know.
