We talked about this last year and decided we were going to update to
the latest APR. I do not see any reason to change that decision. No
matter what we choose there will always be scenarios where people will
have a problem. I would assume that regardless of what we include in
our deps tarballs, distributions are going to choose the right
dependencies for their distro. We ought to include the "best"
versions of dependencies in our tarball.
