Subversion translations should be updated

Subversion 1.5.0 will be released in about 1 - 2 months, but many translations
are relatively incomplete. We would like to encourage all translators to
update appropriate translations in one month.

Please update translations in trunk [1] and next backport appropriate changes
to the 1.5.x branch [2].

You can find some help in the TRANSLATING file [3].
