that automatically accepts server certificates with a trusted certificate
chain after validating it with the Windows CryptoApi.

For CHANGES I would suggest something like:

* neon and serf verify ssl server certificates with cryptoapi on windows and
accept valid certificates automatically

(The serf part requires a little bit more than the current beta; but will be
valid when lgo-s last few commits are backported)
