Looks like we've got 3 people volunteering to be patch manager to
replace Hyrum K. Wright:

I think our experience has been that it's best for one person to do this
role, rather than to divide it up, because it requires centralized
bookkeeeping. (Hyrum, tell me if I'm mistaken on this.)

If so, then I suggest we just pick one person at random and let them
have a go at it. If for some reason it doesn't work out (person doesn't
have time, whatever), then one of the other volunteers can try it.

Hyrum, if this sounds good to you, then I'll just post with a 3-sided
coin flip. But I'll wait a day to hear any thoughts you might have,
since you're the current reigning expert on this job :-).
