[l10n] Translation status report for trunk and 1.5.x, r29874

Before we release 1.5, we should do our best to make sure our
translations are relatively complete. Here's the current status
(generated with tools/po/l10-report.py). Summary: Polish and
simplified Chinese are in excellent shape, with French almost as good;
most of the others could use a bit of work.
