1.5.0-alpha2 contrib/ license audit

FYI - I've updated my contrib/ copyright license audit, the file that
helps me keep track of which bits of the subversion tarball I have to
delete before shipping it in Debian, by virtue of not having explicit
permission from the authors to ship those files, and not knowing what
license terms they favor even if we can assume implicit permission to
distribute.

I only audit the contrib/ directory, as everything else in the tarball
is implicitly covered by the Subversion license.

I'd be very happy if all the files I've flagged as undistributable were
either marked with proper license information, or deleted, before 1.5.0
ships. It's not a huge deal, but it's nice not to have to repack the
tarball to remove bits before I ship. I do note that several files I
flagged in 1.4.x have since been tagged with license info, so that's
good.
