   Hurrah to you!

Well done for standing up and giving this criticism out loud, despite knowing
you'll be flamed for being negative. These are exactly the sort of things the
serious independent reviewers will say. And I have had some of these concerns
rattling around in my head without knowing what to do about them.

It's worrying, it's challenging, it's making me want to help.
