error on get lock with webdav

Hallo

i have an problem with the combination apache 2.2.6 svn 1.4.6 win 32 for apache 2.2 on windows xp. When i try to get a lock for a file a get an error message Lock request failed: 400 Bad Request in the apache logfile.

On http://readlist.com/lists/subversion.tigris.org/users/3/19687.html is a good description maybee also an fix for it.

I cant use Subversion without the lock the reason is we use many binary files.

I wood like to file a bug in the tracker if it is confirmed as an bug.

The apache i use is from apachefriends.org the xampp package 1.6.5.

I have tried the mod_dav_svn.so from the svn package and from the xampp package the same negative results.
