Tree conflicts - assistance

Hi Stefan and Stephen and others.

Today I am pleased to be joining CollabNet to work full-time on Subversion. I
think my first task will be to help you with the tree conflicts work.

I have switched my working copy to the tree-conflicts branch and built it and
am starting to get familiar with your code for handling conflicts on update.
Tomorrow I want to step through the test cases line by line to watch how it
works in detail.

I expect I will have questions about the whole thing, and I will respond to
your email about conflicts on merging as well. I look forward to helping as
much as I can.
