merge_tests failure

I'm getting a failing indication for merge_tests.py, however all the
failures are marked XFAIL. See attached log.

...
At least one test FAILED, checking
/usr/local/google/dchristian/OpenSource/svn/subversion/tests.log
XPASS: merge_tests.py 86: merge range predates history (issue #3094)

What's going on?

I'm running on x86, Ubuntu dapper.
