I think there are some issues with this on Windows. For example,
while I think it is possible to build SVN so that this works, I do not
think the binaries we provide do it. I seem to recall you have to
build in debug mode or something.

Also, tools like TortoiseSVN and Subclipse cannot display this
information to my knowledge, because it just write to a non-existant
console.
