BUG: svnserve - serverside move

Hi,

I'd like to report a bug in svnserve (v 1.4.5)

While doing serverside move (and possibly any other serverside action)
when no comment is specified client ends up hanged.

Tested on clients:
tortoisesvn 1.4.7 (WinXP)
svn 1.4.3 (Gentoo 2.6.23-r3)

SVN is accessed via svn:// protocol
