I think it might be better to name (and link to) the actual tools
directly; if you want to also link to the misc_utils links area and
state that there might be more tools there, that's fine, but it's a
big section, so we point people to the specific tools first.
+1 on the general idea of your patch, of course, and thanks for
keeping the FAQ up-to-date.
