I volunteer to make --changelist into a filter everywhere, and Do It
Right. As you said, though, it means passing 'changelist' filters
down into every libsvn_client subcommand. My guess is 2-3 days of
work. I'm absolutely willing to do it, I just don't think I'll have
time until just after the new year. Can we wait that long?
