See r11607 in the TSVN repository. It works as expected.

Forgot to mention: for the http access to tigris.org, you must use the
*root* url (the url pointing to the repository root). Using e.g. the url
to /trunk doesn't work. But this works for https access (using the
google code project).

I don't know why Vista only accepts root urls for http, sorry. Maybe
there's a registry tweak around for this too, but so far I haven't found
a hint on the web about that.
