subversion-deps-1.4.6.tar.gz contains apr-1.2.11, which among other
changes means the "--with-apr" switch needs to change from "apr-
config" to "apr-1-config", a minor incompatibility for my automated
build scripts (http://scplugin.tigris.org). I believe this change was
discussed for 1.5, but not specifically for 1.4.6, nor can I find it
mentioned in the 1.4.6 release notes (well, actually, I can't find the
1.4.6 release notes, maybe that's why ;-).

Should this change be retro-specified for 1.4.6 (and I deal with my
build problems myself)? Or is that over-hasty?
