svnsync not syncing revprops?

I was running svnsync-trunk today (relatively recent build) to sync
from DAV (neon) to local and I noticed that the revprops were not
being updated. (Running the exact same commands with 1.4.x worked.)
Anyone else seeing this? Sorry, no time to fully debug right now...
