So, my releasing environment still works. I've looked through STATUS
quickly, but most of it sounds like gibberish for now, I've been away
for too long. I'll take another look tonight and see if I can add some
+1s here and there.

If we want a 1.4.6 release, I invite others to take a few minutes to
examine changes.
