Re: [PATCH] Fix Issue 2992: fsfs svnadmin recover may leave repository in a broken state

Hi All,
    I submitted my previous patch prematurely as it breaks the
previous 'svnadmin recover' for FSFS repositories. This new patch
allows FSFS recover to work as designed before but with the new
business logic to handle the anomalies mentioned in the email thread
