Automate the process of running webtests

Hello,

I recommend running the webtest on pre-determined machines automatically
on a daily basis. The webtest results can be stored in a machine on an
incremental basis, "one directory for one day"

To begin with, we can run the tests for sc24 and sc29 machines.

What do others think?
