This test is basically to test issue #2982, in which we have a dump which gets
filtered and the svn:mergeinfo is renumbered with proper revs. 'svnadmin load'
does not choke here, can you give me more insight on what you mean by that,
exactly?

I do test the correctness of the mergeinfo in the code following this comment,
  " # Verify the svn:mergeinfo properties ".
