Sorry about this, but my project may not be a replacement of SVN, but may be
something that interacts with SVN, but in a way that may require special
interfacing.

My understanding is that currently SVN does not let the contributors of code
to associate a measure of "credits" to their contributions. My system lets
people do that, but the maintenance of a CVS is something I have
not solved yet. Anyway I just thought this idea may be of interest to
someone here. If anyone is interested just e-mail me and I can provide more
details of it.
