How to sync with trunk when maintaing a branch at svn.tigris.org (was: Re: svn commit: r27964)

Thanks for all comments. I guess I will play with the alternatives
(rev numbers in log message, svnmerge.py, svk, 1.5 client with merge
tracking) in a private repo and see which works best for me.

Once I've decided on a sync strategy I'll create the branch and
use the strategy consistenly for the life time of the branch.
