Hi All,
Per Mark Phippard's request, I have decided to shelve work on this
until after 1.5 is released. There is more to fixing this issue than
initially meets the eye and I have done my best to document my
findings in the issue. To make sure the current progress isn't
completely lost, I have attached a preliminary patch that mostly
solves Issue 2269. As the patch stands now, both "svn up" and "svn
st" handle unversioned, nonexistent files except for the case where
the working copy, or the file being updated/statused is out of date.
My last comment of the issue explains this in further detail. Since
this task is not yet complete, I have decided not to create a commit
log suggestion.
