FreeBSD 1.5.0-pre client doing an svn cp to the solaris based svnserve
like so:

  % svn cp svn://orion.juniper.net/sdk/junos/trunk \
           svn://orion.juniper.net/sdk/junos/branches/lockprofiling

It's hard, I'm not an admin here, just a dev, I'll see what I can
do. Maybe I can repro this locally over svn:// instead of file://
(which I was using before migrating to the sun box.)
