Um.

Well, I think it depends on: Do you feel, based on when and where (at
home or at work) and why (at the behest of your company or on your own
initiative) you wrote it, and the terms of your contract of employment,
that you or your employer own the rights?

If it's your employer, then I think we must delete svn_load_dirs from
the repository, on the basis that we have no rights to distribute it.
